Occhio helped Etyope with the definition and implementation of its digital strategy. Etyope is a marketplace designed to promote French crafts and art. The goal is to use the power of digital broadcasting to support and promote crafts and artistic creation as a whole.


The objective was to increase the sales of e-commerce through the acquisition of a community attached to the values ​​put forward by Etyope. The challenge of this client was to define a customized strategy of e-merchandising & brand communication for its target.

To increase the visibility of the e-commerce and the artisan’s partners, several approaches have been adopted:

  • Traffic campaigns on Facebook to increase sales. The implementation of a strategic calendar for these ads has made it possible to optimize Etyope’s budgets. In particular by conducting campaigns at key moments for the e-commerce site: fathers’ day, mothers’ day, Christmas…
  • An approach of A/B testing on products, audiences, and texts helped to define and implement a relevant strategy of e-merchandising. In total, more than 400 A/B tests provided a clear vision of the products to promote to increase the number of sales.


The acquisition of a committed community has allowed multiplying by 6 traffic on the e-commerce during campaigns. Thanks to the A/B tests, the CTR has been multiplied by 2 and the optimization of the campaigns made it possible to reduce the CPC by 25%. All the actions carried out also led to an increase in the average basket from 30 to 60 euros.
